You shall not impersonate others or use others' names (including but not limited to using others' names, titles, font sizes, avatars, etc. in a way that is confusing) to open an account; you shall not publish any information in the name of others; you shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, Yeast Jun has the right to immediately stop providing services, recover their accounts, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
2.3 You understand and confirm that the ownership and relevant rights of your registered account in Yeast Jun belong to the Company, and you only have the right to use the account after completing the registration procedures. Your account is limited to your own use. Without the written consent of the Company, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use the account in any form. If the Company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to permanently disable the account or cancel the account without assuming legal responsibility to the user who registered the account.
2.4 You should ensure the authenticity of the identity information filled in when registering and managing your account and use true, accurate, legal and valid relevant identity certification materials and necessary information (including your name and email address, contact number, contact address, etc.). In accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations, in order to use some functions of the "Yeast King" software and related services, you need to complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant legal provisions and pay attention to timely updating the above relevant information. If the materials or information you submit are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or the company has reason to suspect that they are wrong, untrue, or illegal, the company has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions, and you may not be able to use the "Yeast King" software and related services or some functions will be restricted during use.
2.5 You understand and confirm that in addition to logging in and using the "Yeast King" software and related services, you can also use the Yeast King account to log in and use other software and services provided by the company and its affiliates or other partners; at the same time, if you confirm the relevant content synchronization function in the corresponding software and services, the content and related data you publish in the aforementioned software will be synchronized to your Yeast King account. If you log in and use the aforementioned services with the Yeast King account, you shall also be subject to the user agreement and other agreement terms of the actual provider of other software and services.
2.7 You understand and agree that in order to make full use of account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time after registration or fail to log in and use your account for more than three consecutive months, the company has the right to recover your registered account. If your account is recovered, you may not be able to log in and use the "Yeast Jun" software and related services through your previous account, and any personalized settings and usage records saved under your account will not be restored. Before recovering your account, the company will remind you in an appropriate manner. If you still do not log in or use your account within one month after receiving the relevant reminder, the company will recover your account.
2.8 You promise not to use Yeast Jun in any way to directly or indirectly engage in acts that violate Chinese laws and social morality. Yeast Jun has the right to delete content that violates the above commitment.

When you activate the Yeast Jun membership automatic renewal service, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the following usage rules. 1. This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the Yeast Jun membership service. If you cause losses to the Company or others due to your violation of this Agreement by using the above-mentioned trademarks, logos, etc. of the Company, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.
V. User Authorization and Privacy Protection
5.1 Unless otherwise proven, you know, understand and agree that in order to better share and promote your work and enhance its dissemination value and influence, you grant the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and successor companies a global, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple levels) right (including but not limited to the right of reproduction, translation, compilation, information network dissemination, adaptation, and the right to make derivatives, performances, and displays, etc.) for the content uploaded, published or transmitted through Yeast Jun (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, live broadcast content, and all components thereof, such as music, sound, lines, visual design, and dialogues) (including but not limited to the right of reproduction, translation, compilation, information network dissemination, adaptation, and the right to make derivatives, perform, and display, etc.). 7.3 The Company respects and protects the legal rights and interests of users and others, such as intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, and privacy rights. You guarantee that the text, pictures, videos, audio, etc. uploaded when using the "Yeast King" software and related services do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other rights and legal interests. IX. Agreement Modification

X. Others
10.1 The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, revision, termination and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this Agreement only, excluding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan).
10.2 This Agreement is signed in Huangpu District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between you and the Company, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court where this Agreement is signed for litigation.
