Before activating the membership service, please carefully read the "Membership Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), the "Scene English Membership Service Agreement," and the "Privacy Policy," and fully understand each clause, especially those highlighted in bold font which indicate exemptions or limitations of liability that require your special attention. This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Privacy Policy and constitutes an inseparable part thereof. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the aforementioned documents, this Agreement shall prevail.
Membership Service Agreement: Refers to the agreement between you and Scene English regarding your use of the membership service, including: the main body of this Agreement, descriptions on the membership service page, service terms, and updated versions of this Agreement. All components of this Agreement, once published or displayed, become integral parts of this Agreement. 2. Registered User: Refers to a user who has completed registration on the Scene English website or client application in accordance with the Membership Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy, including guest users. 3. Member: Refers to a registered user who, after signing this Agreement and paying the designated service fee via the method specified on the membership service page, obtains a special membership qualification. 4. Membership Service: Refers to various exclusive benefits services provided by Scene English to members. Details of the services are described in Article 3 of this Agreement. 5. This Agreement applies to both you and Scene English, and both parties must strictly comply with the provisions of this Agreement. (1) If you disagree with any clause in this Agreement, please immediately stop activating the membership service; (2) If you have completed any action indicating acceptance of all or part of the clauses of this Agreement, such as clicking the "Agree" button, clicking the "I have read and understood the announcement" button, or clicking the "Pay and Purchase" button, it will be deemed that you accept all contents of this Agreement, the "Scene English Membership Service Agreement," the "Privacy Policy," related sub-agreements, page descriptions, service terms, and rules. (3) If any clause of this Agreement is changed or modified, Scene English will announce the changes on the membership service page and notify you through the Scene English website or client application in any form. If you disagree with any change or modification, you should stop using the membership service upon expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your actions of continuing to purchase, pay for, or use the membership service will be deemed as your acceptance of all changes or modifications to this Agreement.
(1) Before activating the membership service, you must first become a registered user or guest user of Scene English. (2) When applying to activate the membership service, you must complete the activation after paying the required service fee via the payment method specified on the membership service page. No transfer or refund is allowed after payment. (3) If you activate the membership service through unauthorized payment methods or other illegal or improper means, Scene English reserves the right to terminate your membership service without notice and will not refund any service fees paid.
(1) Content of Membership Service: The service content provided by Scene English to members shall ultimately be subject to the description on the Scene English membership service page. Scene English may adjust the service content from time to time; however, these adjustments do not affect the membership service already activated during the current period. Scene English will notify or announce any adjustments on the membership service page. If you disagree with the adjustment, you should stop using the membership service upon expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your actions of continuing to purchase, pay for, or use the membership service will be deemed as your acceptance of the adjustment. (2) Service Period: The service period you select and pay for on the membership service page shall serve as the standard. The service period begins from the date the service is activated. Upon expiration of the service period, Scene English will cease providing membership services. If you still wish to continue using the membership service after expiration, you must apply for renewal. (3) Pricing: The pricing standards announced on the membership service page shall serve as the standard. Scene English may adjust the pricing standards based on its business development needs; however, these adjustments do not affect the membership service already activated during the current period. Scene English will notify or announce any adjusted pricing standards on the membership service page. If you disagree with the adjustment, you should stop using the membership service upon expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your actions of continuing to purchase, pay for, or use the membership service will be deemed as your acceptance of the adjustment.
(1) When using the membership service, you must comply with national laws, regulations, and policies. You must not send or spread illegal, non-compliant, or indecent information, nor engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, policies, or public order and good customs. (2) The membership service and related rights are intended solely for your personal use and may not be lent, transferred, gifted, or sold. (3) You may check your account details anytime via the client application, including activated services, service periods, and service fee amounts. Your membership account serves as an important identification for accessing services; please keep your account name and password secure. (4) You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your membership account, including any content or information you publish, and any legal liabilities or consequences arising therefrom. (5) If you violate any national laws, regulations, or policies, or breach this Agreement, Scene English reserves the right to terminate your membership service without notice and will not refund any service fees already paid. If your illegal or breach of contract behavior causes losses to Scene English or third parties, Scene English reserves the right to pursue compensation through all legal means.

Please read the following terms carefully before clicking to activate the Scene English auto-renewal membership service. By activating the Scene English auto-renewal membership service, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the following usage rules. 1. This service is an automatic renewal service provided on the condition that you have already activated the Scene English membership service. Activating this service means authorizing Scene English to deduct the service fee for the next service cycle from your Apple account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "account") balance when your Scene English membership service is about to expire. Service cycles include but are not limited to 1 month, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, etc. (specific service cycle selected by you). After activating this service, please ensure that the Scene English membership account you have activated is linked to the above account and that the account balance is no less than the service fee. If the renewal fails due to insufficient account balance or incorrect account binding, you will bear the responsibility yourself.

2. Price: The monthly recurring membership is $1/month, $6/year for the yearly recurring membership, and $12 for the lifetime membership.The actual displayed price shall prevail.
3. For accounts purchasing the auto-renewing membership, the charge will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before each subscription cycle ends. Upon successful deduction, the subscription will automatically extend for another cycle.

Select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions," and choose to cancel the Scene English Membership Service. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, it will be considered that you agree to continue authorizing the automatic renewal of the subscription.
